Requirement of Credit Card for building credit score ?

Hi,

I need your valuable suggestion to build the credit score. Till now I dont have any credit cards or any personal loans. Although I am not interested to use any credit cards, I think it is required to build a credit score. Is a FD with a credit card option (available in ICICI) will help me to build the credit score?

    Hi Sibin,

    Once you have the credit card, use it wisely so that you don’t overspend and also keep paying your dues timely to build a good credit score.

    Dear Sibin, yes you may use FD linked CC. Not only ICICI but almost all banks are offering such cards.
