ONHi Manish,
I had transferred some money from abroad account to Indian account through kotak click2remit. Even after 20 days, the amount have not been reached to my India account. But the remitted amount (dollars) has been debited from abroad account.
I raised a complaint with with Kotak and they replied that they could not track the details and it was a slow response. Please help me to how to escalate this matter to higher level.

From your query, my conclusion is the Abroad Account and Indian accounts are both with Kotak bank… Am I right or missing something.
