Regarding Reversal of Money by Credit Card

I made online shopping from Timtara , but they were defaulter and they have not sent me goods and I sent mails to my bank for the reversal of payment.

Is there any way to get back my money from Timata (Infosecure Consulting Pvt. Ltd)

Any body guide me. I have also consulted to ICRPC (International Consumer Rights Protection Council), But they have taken their Fees and Denied to fight the case.

      I got my money back from ICICI Bank Last month on 19th February-2014 it means almost after 11 months.
