I have applied for a housing loan of 15 Lakhs, for constructing a house of 2200 Sqft area.

After sanctioning of loan, we have decided to build a house with area around 1700 sqft. Cost of construction was 20 Lakhs as per estimate submitted for 2200 sqft area. I wanted to know whether I will be getting 15Lakhs amount or lesser than that? What should I do to get the same loan amount for the same..!! Please help.
