   Real estate investment can be a part of your portfolio but it cannot be the only part of your asset. Real estate might provide inflation adjusted returns in long run provided if you had bought at right price(which you dont get anywhere anymore). Along with that come the hassles of transactions in real estate

   Other hand Equity is a good tool for inflation adjusted returns in long term at the same time it should be only part of your portfolio.It offer easy in transaction which is pro and con at the same time
