Can I withdraw money from my PF account for my sister’s marriage? If yes, what is the procedure to initiate this withdrawal?

You can withdraw from EPF tax free after 5 years, and taxable if it is of less duration.

You can apply for non refundable PF loan through RPFC for marriage of self or dependent brothers/sisters. The eligibility is 7 years of PF membership.
