Pros and Cons of buying Flat vs Villa

Can you please let me know the pros and cons(advantages and disadvantages) of buying a flat and villa?

      Dear Sunil, the first difference comes from the price Tag. Villa v/s flat in same locality ‘ll be en elephant v/s dog thing.

      Apart from price, there are more things which are personal in nature.

      Villa – You have complete control – your own roof & your own land.

      Flat – You are using shared roof & shared floor.

      Villa – there is problem of living in 2 floors & specially if there are aged parents in the family.

      Flat – all the rooms are on single floor so living is comfortable.

      Take your own pick.
