I purchased NSC for amount of 20,000/- in 2009, which will mature this year, 2015. Please tell me what are the procedure to be followed to en-cash the NSC.

The Post Office i purchased has been removed. There are two big Post Offices near by location. Should i  approach GPO (General Post Office)
