Hello,

I have bought a flat apartment in 2011 at nallasopara (east), thane with helping housing loan from DHFL bank which i am still payment installment. I had already applied and Got Ration Card, Electricity bill, house tax receive on My Name.

My previous seller is still applying Government document proof like Ration Card, Aadhar Card, Bank Account etc. on My current address and how Government institute issuing such document on his name.

I met personally and ask how he can apply for this type government document. He said, he has all old document like Electricity bill and another old document.

Here my question is can he or document will create any problem for me in-future or my flat. If yes, what action I have to take against him.

Thanks,

As I said earlier. Speak to him and warn him last time and then seek advice with police. Usually if you threaten him that police will come over. He wont do it. Else you literally seek help with police and see if you can meet up with some lawyer too. Hope this helps.

    Hi Rajeev,

This may create some problems for you, for example if he takes loans / credit card etc and then just disappear you may see the recovery guys / banks making rounds to your home without invitation.

    1. Yea .. very good point from Ashish . The thing is the ADDRESS goes to the CIBIL report and somewhere it might hit you very badly in unexpected manner !

Warn him of bad consequences and consult with the police if that put you trouble in future. He might be able to take loan or anything etc. Better to be safe than sorry.
    – Friendly advice.
