PPF Account Open in SBI

Dear Sir/Madam

 

My Saving Account Allready in SBI and i want to open PPF A/c in favor of My two year old son

in this matter what is required neccesary document to submit in bank  please guide

    The documents that would be required are :

    1) Passbook of your savings account with SBI
    2) PAN card xerox
    2) Address proof (Passport, Voter ID card etc)

    Along with it, an initial investment of Rs 500/-.
