I have purchased Plot No B-33 in Canton Residency, Taran Taran Road, Amritsar from   CHADHA’S DEVELOPERS & PROMOTERS PVT.LTD. and paid full and final amount of    Rs1183190/= Lac  in April 2009.

 From 2009 I am trying to make registry on my name but not getting possession of Plot No B-33 at Canton Residency Amritsar.

Now I came to know that they have sold the same plot to some other person.

In April, 2013 I met with Mr Dimple Chadha at his office Gali No 12 Sant Garh New Delhi to make registry and possession. He replies me he will verify from company bank account for my payments. In this regard he forwarded my application to Mr Manoj Sharma.

 I phone to  Mr Manoj Sharma, he reply me he is not getting  information from company bank accounts.

I have collected Bank Statements from my Banks accounts regarding all the payments made by me for Plot No B-33 in Canton Residency, Taran Taran Road, Amritsar and statements submitted to Mr Manoj.  

Now Mr Dimple Chadha Ji (Mob:9818749206) and Mr Manoj (Mob:9212482307) either not picking phone or reply he is in meeting call after some time. I am trying to get but no reply from Mr Manoj regarding REFUND OF MY MONEY with interest
