Dear Sir/Madam,

I worked in HCL from Aug 2005 to November 2006. I left the organization without relieving letter. Recently completed my relieving Procedures on 2010. I asked about withdrawal of PF. they suggest 33% will be deducted as per income tax rules.

Also, my present employer suggested they will initiate PF by end of 2013. So, thought to transfer the amount. But now, they not interested in starting PF for now. So, i contacted HCL again to withdraw the amount. they again suggest 33% will be deducted. Is there anyway to withdraw without 33% deduction? Is there any investment options. Please advice ASAP.
