Hi,
I worked for Dell International Services, Hyderabad between 2008 to 2013. Since our headoffice is located in Bengaluru our PF office is located there. I have requested for PF claim in the month of February 2014 and got acknowledgement from my previous organization during the month of March 2014 stating that the application has been sent to the Bengaluru office and for further status need to contact PF office.
I called PF office Bengaluru 3 weeks ago and I have been informed that the withdrawal processed would be completed in 4-5 working days. Till now there is no updated. Yesterday I checked the status online and it is showing as ”Claim has been approved. Payment is under process.”
Kindly let me know how many days it would take for the Claim approved status to be moved to Claim closed and for the amount to be credited into the account.

Settled does not mean that its paid to you. Its just approved and its processed to next stage. Now it will take some time to get into your account !

My name is vijeet… I submitted my form 31 on 19th September and on 6th October I checked. Its showing settled.. But till now as on 8th October, I can not find the amount in my bank account.

In my case the PF people received my claim request on 17.07.2017 and 25.07.2017 I received mobile SMS provided with the claim id and which is under process. So from here I guess it takes another 2-3 weeks to get the money.

I have summited the PF transfer online and it got approved for last 4 months back, for last 4 month status is showing Payment is under process.

I have got the 1’st part of PF and for the second part of PF It is showing “Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (PYBOM00342720000641893) has been approved. Payment is under process”. I have closed my Bank account 2months back which i have given for PF withdrawal. Do I need to inform my consultancy ppl about this or will I get by cheque?
