PF loan against home improvements

I applied for PF loan against home improvements. i own this property with my father, PF loan has been rejected stating i should jointly own the property with my wife.

    Dear Sanju, yes to avail home loan from PF or to withdraw money from PF for house purchase, the property can either be single ownership under your name or joint with your wife. Any other joint ownership is not allowed.
