I am thinking to start using the paid version of one of these 2 money management tools. I have configured few accounts in perfios and it looks good. MyUniverse I think has lot of catch-up to do. However, when I check across net, I see more people using MyUniverse than Perfios.
I am not sure if this is due to better brand recognition of Aditya Birla. Want to understand from someone who has used both these tools, which one is better? I am more inlined towards perfios as of now.

PERFIOS HAVE BEEN USING SINCE LAST 4 YEARS PAID VERSION, I FOUND IT VERY GOOD AND USEFUL. OCCASIONALLY IT HAS SOME GLITCHES BUT THE SUPPORT SYSTEM IS ALSO FANTASTIC AND PROMPT. I HAVE TRIED USING MY UNIVERSE BUT AFTER PERFIOS NEVER REALLY LEFT LIKE GOING DEEP INTO MY UNIVERSE.

Dear Amit, the User interface, the facilities even in free version are far ahead for Perfios over My Universe.

Go for Perfios, i am using myuniverse, but its not of any use, lots of issues.

My universe, I have been using the premium version since more than an year, while searching for alternate to it , I came across this site. My experience was worst, frankly not useful at all, ill tell you why. Tough to reach customer care, the IVR sucks and disconnects without connecting to anybody, even just now when I tried. Write an email to customer care , nothing happens, you have to explain the whole ramayan and the customer care every time . Basically the same problems persists with its worst bugs. The software shows wrong data/ repeat data everytime, It has refresh issues and connecting issues etc. Thank god I found an alternate in this page.
