Parameters other than Claim settlement ratio to compare Term plans ?

What are the valid parameters on which we should compare a term plan apart from claim settlement ratio? Everyday we come across a new company launching cheaper online plans,how they should be judged.

    Dear Aditya, Prem. amount and the term available are the critical parameters. if you want to add one more, your personal comfort level with the insurer.
