Abhijeet, are you asking about free sites or paid sites
You can use the following sites for free e-filling :-
1) https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/ (IT department started wizard based e-filling)
2) http://www.investmentyogi.com/taxes/homeinfo.aspx

i tried with IT department but some of things are confusing.
some details which mention in my form no 16.
so i go with taxspanner.com and filled my return.
they have good assistance and live chat is also available.
charge is 250 including tax.
i tried with other also like myitreturn.com and also clear tax – all says free but when u filled all details they told you come in paid category.

taxsnapper is good platform. Now these days SBI and Yes Bank partnered taxsnapper, also providing e-filing which is 150 IRN + tax.
For learning purpose you can fill the excel provided by IT site and try to match the return, this will clear your confusion and next time you can file your own self and save some money 😉
you are right mohit, after filling with taxspanner i filled other return directly from IT site.
first one for my wife and other are for my brother.
