what is the appropriate action to take regariding the e-silver / e-gold that one is holding in demat form, in view of the ongoing crisis at NSEL??

i was seeking a physical delivery, but the broker advises that once you fill the surrender form and we process it nad send to NSEL, in case NSEL does not give physical delivery fro mtheir warehouse, then the complete liability or risk is mine – the broker has no responsibility

should i still push for the physical delivery and take my chance or wait (as advised by the broker)
