NPS fund managers investment norms breach

while buying the units of the fund manager s own company is the expense ratio paid by investor s money?
Who is actually responsible for looking after whether the fund managers actually sticking to the allocation or not?

Why govt has not done any action?

pls clear my doubts

    Dear Vignesh, it’s shocking news to others not for me as I’m not investing in NPS & not recommending it to anybody.
