Dear All,
I am unable to withdraw my PF from two of my Past Organisations where I worked during 2003 & 2006. Below is detailed information , any help would be highly appreciated ,
I left two companies one in 2003 and other in 2006 due to personal reasons. As I did not serve the notice period I was denied any assistance in regards to my PF withdrawal.
Recently I came to know the procedure of withdrawing PF without Employers Signature ans so first I raised an e-mail query. The response I received is as Below:
\\”As per procedure, you can withdraw your EPF & EPS amount by submitting Form-19 & 10C duly signed and attested by your employer or by your saving account holder bank along with necessary documents such as Id.Proof, Cancelled cheque copy. Then it will be settled under intimation to you. \\”
I followed the procedure but after few days I got SMS from bot the PF office as below:-
\\”You PF ID xxxxxxx has been rejected. rejection letter is under dispatch\\”
I never received any letter. Could you please assist o how to get my PF money. Thanking you all in anticipation.

Dear Aasif, in that case file an RTI application to get the rejection letter as well as for latest status of your PF account.

Dear Aasif, please wait for claim rejection letter. Once it’s with you, please file an RTI to know the reason of rejection and the condition of your account. Is it active, suspended, closed, settled.

Dear Aasif, as your money was going into PF, there should be your account no. linked with the EPFO of that city/area. Please check your PF number to get updated status of your PF account in that EPFO online.

Dear Aasif, first of all from your old PF account number, please check online that is it available in EPFO or not?

Dear Ashal,
Thank you for your reply but I am not sure what you are asking me to check and how to check.
Just an update out of the Two companies that rejected my claim one of the sent me a new message after few day that my claim is under process and credited my PF balance.
Now I have only one Employer from whom I need to collect my PF. Your assistance will be highly appreciated
