Hi,

I had applied for PAN card twice but it got rejected ,  my name is Ravi S,  and all my documents have Ravi S as the name in it but PAN card doesn’t allow initials as there last names so i wrote it in expanded form as RAVI SHYAMKUMAR and sent the relevant documents but they were rejected as my name did not match the proof document.

so, keeping that in mind i got my voter ID  name changed to RAVI SHYAM KUMAR and applied for the PAN card second time but still it got rejected saying my date of birth proof document\’s name did not match the name i provided, now what do i do? all my documents , bank statements are in RAVI S,  i have only my voter\’s ID as RAVI SHYAM KUMAR, How can i resolve this issue?
