Not able to get income tax refund for assessment year 2009-10

Hi,

Wish you a very happy new year!

I am dealing with a big hassle with income tax department at Hyderabad- Range 1. Despite my repeated request and personal meeting for last 4 years with the officers I am not able to get my refund back. The respective officer is creating numerous reasons ex: system is not working; the CIT approval got blocked automatically…like that.

I did RTI also ..but no luck

Can I pursue options like legal help consumer court on this matter?

Pease suggest.

    What was RTI all about which you filed ? What was the reply for that ? Did you pursue it or just left it in between ?

    Also I think you can reach to consumer court on this .

    For professional help , you can mail me and I can connect you to my CA who will take some fees from you, but will fix this for you
