One week ago I did sent an speed post addressed to Public Information Officer  Karnataka Adminstrative Tribunal kandayan bhavan  K G road bangalore but it was returned without Delivering for the reason that address not Found.

Again three days Back I again re sent speed post addressed to Registrar karnataka Adminstrative Tribunal bangalore

while tracking it  is found that again it is being returned undelivered for the reason that it is misent

Let somebody guide me what recourse i should resort to see that it is delivered to KAT Bangalore
