No details of deductions recorded in Form 26A !

sir,

I am a central govt employee. for the financial year 2012-2013 tax has been deducted from my salary and i got the Form-16 also. when i checked my form 26A income tax statement no details of deduction has been recorded, whom should i approach to get this things done

    FORM 16 shows the correct PAN Number

    Check with your colleagues in your company.. Does the form 16 has the right PAN?
