Hi All,

I have availed home loan with Axis bank some 18 months ago. Repayment is happening through ECS and no issues with that. This year I have availed a car loan from SBH bank and they are now ready to offer me lesser interest rate for my home loan transfer.

As I am not happy with Axis bank home loan (no online statements available – I have to walk loan center for any home loan related statements, etc.,) . SBH says 0.20% of interest will be reduced from my axis loan interest.

Shall I proceed to transfer my loan to SBH? Is this right time to transfer home loan ? Will my EMI amount get reduced (due to lower interest rate)?

Please share your suggestions.
