ONHi Manish, I have gone through most of your articles. I need a suggestion from you. I’m a software engineer and I’m earning 50k and my wife is earning 15k monthly and our savings are as below
My savings
My Wife Savings
Recently we are blessed with baby girl. i would like to divert some fund for my baby’s future. further I can afford to invest 3k more per month. Please suggest me some good plan. whether to invest in RD or to invest in MF again or any other plan. It would be helpful for me if you suggest whether I’m on right track or not. And need suggestion whether what ever fund diversion that we are doing is in right direction.
Thanks,
Maheedhar

Dear Manish,
I desperately need youf suggestion, i am salaried person, and net take home is 43000. but ends up in zero savings.
I own flat in Mumbai, and had take a loan from parents of 6 Lacs, which now i want to repay them, the sell price of my flat is estimated to 30 Lacs, to which i purchased in march 2011 at cost 16 Lacs, with D/Pay of 4 Lacs and rest Home Loan.
My Idea is to sale the Flat at 30 Lacs, and do the below things:
1) repay my the HL 12,00,000
2) repay Family Loan 600,000
3) invest in underconstruction property at Badlapur or Kalyan with MAX amt 18 Lac with Down pay of 8 Lacs and rest HL.
4) invest 3 Lac in NA Plot of for future property construction.
Will await your advice on the above.
Thats seems like a good idea .. Go ahead !
