I have a few queries related to EPF hope anyone can help me out. I had left my job (Aug 2013) and applied for EPF and EPS withdrawal in full. I have got back my EPF amount after 3 months ( in Nov). I have noticed a difference in the amount recieved which is less and the total contributed by me and employer excluding eps share. the difference is close to 4k+. my queries.

1) how much time does it take for EPS amount to receive/credit?

2) whom to approach for transactions of my EPF account Employer or EPFO? I have downloaded E-Passbook but it is updated till dec 2012 only and that too it shows only EPS amount, also the transactions prior to Apr 2012 are not present. 3)does the entire EPF transactions get cleared after withdrawal ? I think it is not shown in Epassbook after withdrawal but not sure.. or The EPF transactions are not update by EPFO from 2012?

I want to get the truth as to what has happened to the amount. I recieved 50.8k one time credit which would be for EPF only. EPS still pending. but my calculation with ref to total contribution show 55.6k (with interest till Aug 2013). Even without interest amount is greater than received.

So please help me on further steps.. it is already late.. but at least I can raise the issue.looking forward to your precious advice..
