Need Help For Gate the Home Loan

My name is yoges Girase i am working in Sterlite technologies Ltd. my net monthly income is Rs.15000/- . i want to take home loan on my grand father property. the several time is required for transfer on my name because of my father & Grand father is not more. I will ready to give other property as security, If any way is possible to take Home loan? please suggest

    Dear Yogesh, from your query, I assume you are purchasing the shares of other siblings in the said ancestral property to make is a single holding property. FYI – Yes it’s possible to mortgage other property(ies) & securities to get loan for this grandfather property purchase. I do have a personal experience where property A was mortgaged to purchase property B as the title of property B was not clear being an ancestral property similar to your case.
