Need advice to start portfolio for 26 yr old and married

Hi

Am 26 year, married, Physically disabled, salary 35KPM.  Wife teacher 10K salary. Till now only one insurance plan of me with 24K premium per year(HDFC SL Classic). Monthly saving of 10K

Pls suggest where to start saving/investment.
