My uncle worked in private security agency in Pune,he left his job due to some personal reason,he noticed that EPFO sent letter to my employer that form19 rejected on the basis of name difference,he have pursued the matter so many time with personal visit to employer but no action, in this matter employer not cooperating till date.

Kindly guide us in this matter for EPF claim settlement,he don’t know who has made name difference while enquiry  employer  said EPFO,Pune made mistake and while enquiry employer has made mistakem in this way Two year passed what my uncle to do to claim settlement
