Hello guys,

An SIP of 5,00,000 pm, to be done through a private ltd co. with Minimum risk, need the money back in one year.
Is Short term debt fund the best option for such a scenario? Also what will be the tax implication for the company?

Thanks

Dear Ashal, Cant the dividend option be selected? as the tax in that case would be apprx. 15%

  2. Dear Ullas, barring 1 SIP, all subsequent SIPs ‘ll be liable to STCG/STCL as the case may be. With minimum Risk, Short Term debt funds are the only option.

    Thanks

    Ashal
