I had a policy with Religare Life, I paid only one premium of 50K. my previous ULIP policy was terminated (due to fund value) and amount of 25606/- payable to me as surrender value. I got the call from delhi and asked to send cheque (1lakh) and documents to avail this loss or amount.

To get refund my loss, I send the cheque and document to agent and company issued new policy but I had not signed any proposal form or quotation which is in new policy Kit. Than i write letter to company on 31/10/2013 that please cancel my this new policy which issued out of my knowledge, but company don’t agree to cancel this policy.
