should we invest 10 lac in small property or Equity considering the investment horizon for long long time. 

IF equity how it should be invested for Retirement planning?

Normally we are tought to having only 2 to 3 funds. This is applicable or each goal or for complete financial planning we should have only 2 to 3 funds?
