Looking for Tranche based EMI for home loan in Hydrabad

Hi,

I am considering to buy flat from an under construction housing project in Hyderabad, which will take another 2 years to complete.

Is there any banks which provide Tranche EMI option (interest and principal will be deducted based on actual loan amount disbursed) till the final disbursement is done. I am not looking for Full-EMI(actual EMI on the total loan amount irrespective of the current loan disbursement made) option

    In order to enjoy the Tranche EMI facility, we suggest you approach your preferred bank and negotiate with them regarding the same.
