Looking for advise about ICICI Prulife Life Stage Assure ULIP policy

POSTED BY vishwa_yc ON November 16, 2013 11:12 am COMMENTS (4)

I have a Life stage Assure policy with ICICI Prulife. I have been grossly misled into investing huge amount of money by an India info online executive into it as I had absolutely no idea whatsoever about ULIPS at the time of investment. I have invested 1 lakh per annum over a period of 5 years.

I have recently checked the fund value and was shocked and disheartened to know that I\’m at a loss of almost 1 Lakh.

I don\’t have the ability to pump in 1 lakh per annum anymore in this policy.

Kindly advise what is the best course that I can avail.

Looking for a honest advise

Best Regards

Vishwa

    Vishwa,

units are not allotted for ur first yr premium..

Relax, on only completion of 10 yrs fund value along with first yr premium+guaranteed additions will be given

  4. Naveen Kumar says:

    Dear Viswa,

    Relax..

Regarding ur icici policy , units are not alloted for ur first year premium. Read ur policy document for further details, as this policy has a minium 5 year premium pay and can be surrendered on completion of 10 policy years.

First year policy units along with guaranteed additions(100% to 125%-depends up on terms and ppt) will be paid on 10th policy year or on completion of its term.
so, only next 4 years premium is allotted for your fund value . so it says 4 lakhs…

    Regards,
    Naveen KUmar
