loan against credit card vs personal loan ?

I am looking to take a personal loan but recently i have been getting calls to take a loan against my credit card. Are both same ? How will both affect my credit rating and which is better. Do i get any discounts for taking loan against my credit card ?

Dear Aadra, if you are having any gold selling it ‘ll be a wise option to raise cash. Please sell, do not avail loan on it as it’s very costly again.

Loan against credit card is different from a Personal loan but both of them are high interest borrowings and should be opted for only when there is a genuine need. We would suggest that you arrange for some interest free personal borrowings and manage your cash flows.

Dear Aadra, sharma, the personal loans should be the last priority to you. no matter it’s a direct PL or Credit card linked one. May I know, the other details regarding your assets & investments? if possible to you, you can raise money against your existing assets & investments. What’s the need to opt for a Personal loan is also a question from my side to you?
