I am planning to buy VM Serenity apartment ,Horamavu,Bangalore .I want to know  list of document I need to verify before buying it. Also does  anyone know good real estate lawyer in Bangalore ?

 

If anyone has comment/feedback on VM Serenity apartment please let me know .

    Dear Rahul, if you are planning to purchase this property with a home loan, the due diligence ‘ll be done by your bank for the paper work of property.

    You can get the list of papers from any bank branch.
