ONhi Manish/Nandish,
I am a big fan of jago investor. I have been reading your articles regularly. Currently reading your 2nd book. Thank you for spreading awareness about financial planning.
I have 2 questions/doubts
1. My parents (Fathers: 61 years, Mother: 55 years) are covered under central government health scheme (CGHS) since my father was a central government employee. I have health insurance of 3 lacs offered by my employer. So is this sufficient for my parents or should i buy another health insurance for them which will be very costly now.
2. I am 28 years old. I dont have life or health insurance except the one offered by my employer. I will marry in a year. So should i buy life and heath insurance for me now or after i get married, because later i came buy a family floater covering me and my wife.
Thanks

1. What is the insured amount of your parents…. ?? For you, it is sufficient I feel.
2. If you have any dependents, then only it is necessary to have a life insurance. Are your parents leading life today with your salary or from their pension/ income ??
