Dear Atul, I have registered my policy at LIC portal & I’m able to see my surrender value as on date. I can’t say for the problem you are facing.
To get surrender value, you may contact local LIC office also.
Thanks
Ashal
Ashal,
For knowing the surrender value of LIC policy you need to call LIC customer care. I did not find link at LIC website for the same. Let me know in case I am missing something.

Atul
Dear Mallikarjuna Rao, Please register your policies at LIC website. Once your policies are registered there, by clicking there you may get instant surrender value of your policies.
For more details on surrender value – you may contact the nearest LIC office.
Thanks
Ashal
For Jeevan Mitra, The policy may be surrendered after it has been in force for 3 years or more. The guaranteed surrender value is 30% of the basic premiums paid excluding the first year’s premium.
Jeevan Mitra is an endowment plan, while Jeevan Anand is a Endowment + Whole Life Plan.
The decision to surrender will depend on
a) Your Goals
b) Other Investments, if any
