Hi Team,

Basically My question if on legality of Service Charges charged in Restaurants . Me and My Family hv been visiting various restaurant for Dining such as Punjab Grill, Rasovara , Grapewine , sea corner , pizza hut , Mcdonald etc one thing is common in these place the service charges they have charged us in bill approx 10% of bill amount  I need and answer wther is this kind of Mandatory tip is legal . if yes then upto wat limit

If no how do we make the restaurateur edit the bill officially
