KYC status on hold on CAMS KRA site

My KYC verified date is showing 08-Apr-2014 on CAMS KRA site.But still my status is showing on hold due to which i am not being able to do any transaction online.  I have emailed to them but no reply has come. They do not pick the no. whenver u call them.  What to do in this case?? Kindly help..

    KYC process is really slow 🙁 . Just wait till it’s completed. You can’t do anything until then.
