It is charging low brokerage as compared to others.
3.5 p for intra day and derivatives and 35 p for delivery, and even less if i trade more.
    AMC is 350 per year

However i will find out about the others..please do let me know about others if they charge less than this.

    Thanks for the help

    1. Dear chirag, So you are sure that you ‘ll indulge in day trading heavily. Are you aware of the risks involved? I’m neither recommending nor rejecting Kotak. As your query was intended to do day trading, that’s why I raised a word of caution.

      Thanks

        Thanks for the advice ashal.

I have also found out about Angel Broking.
They are offering me a brokerage of 3p intra day and 30p delivery (brokerage only one side)
        No A/c opening charges
No AMC (for the 1st year)
AMC of Rs. 250 (2nd year onwards)

        Please advice.

        Thanks

        1. Dear Chiraag, I’m not using Angel broking personally so can’t comment for it’s services & user interface & other related things. Please try to get some info from the existing customers of Angel. If you are satisfied with the performance & the fee structure, you may go ahead.

          Thanks

          Ashal

  3. Assuming you are aware and understand the pitfalls of trading in the market the slippage (Brokerages etc.) is very high in places like Kotak. Opt for a low cost provider like Zerodha if you intend to trade in the market.
