I have started  sbi max gain account in 2011. In 2013, I deposited Rs. 22500 over a period of time. Then to decrease the rate of interest, I paid 11153 from the same account. Now should the available balance, ie. the amount i need to withdraw be 22500-11153=11347.

But the available balance shown is only Rs. 3199. Where is the remaining money gone? I have not made any withdrawal transactions. Kindly clarify the mission amount  11347-3199=8148.

Is my money lost?
