Hi, I am planning to get my one-storied house sold. It is at Tollygunge area, Kolkata. Details are given below – Age of the house – around 15 years Land Area – 1800 sq-ft  [2.5 cottah] Built up Area – 1000 sq-ft No. of bedrooms – 3 No. of washrooms – 2 No. of kitchen – 1.

The house is on a 33 ft. wide road within an open complex of other houses & apartments; The price of 1 cottah land in this area is around 20 lakhs now and in terms of sq-ft. it’s Rs 4000/- to Rs. 4500/- per sq-ft. So my question is what should be my asking price for the above house? Should I include the price of land plus price of the apartment and set up the price? Please suggest.
