Hi,

we have a property – it’s a one storied building. The property is in our parents’ name. We want to sell it. My parents have given consent to sell the property, agree that the transaction would be carried by me.

My question is ..

Is it possible that the buyer gives the sale amount [in form of cheque & cash] to me, the son of owner of the property;
