Is HDFC SL pro-growth super II plan good?

Hi all

I took hdfc sl pro growth super II plan last year,paid 20 k premium. The plan is for 10 years,but problem is the fund value in website is showing only 18500 only. so if i continue is there a chance that he fund value increase or is it a waster plan?

HDFC told i can withdraw after 5 years and 8% interest rate they told,will i get this?

    Dear Xtremeinfo, the problem lies in your thinking that any how there should be an insurance policy for your investment need. Should I say more? I’m not at all angry. It’s your money and you have every right to use it the way you want to.

      I Expected this . I just wonder if there is any good plan apart from usual FD’s and PPF . What ever plan i research in this forum,everyone says just to quit .is there no good plan?

        The 2 plans that you have inquired about in this forum are ULIPs, so you are asked to quit, which is good for you.

        Please divert you research into plane Mutual Funds, which is one of the good instruments to invest.
