I’m a physically challenged person working in a private sector. My employer asks me to furnish a medical certificate to claim benefits from the scheme introduced by central government. (Incentive to employers in the Private Sector for providing regular employment to the persons with disability)

My question is,

1. Will the benefits goes only to employer or else both employer & employee.

2. What is the exact benefit do any anyone get from this scheme ( like any extra amount added to the employee’s EPF account)
