IDBI Guarenteed Return Plans

Hello All,
I came across this product from IDBI, it seems the product is guarenteed.
I believe if you pay a Premium of 100000 for ten years you will get a guarenteed return of 9% on this.
Has someone come across this product?
The product is called “Incomesurance”

    It’s clearly written that a minimum return value is gtd. which ‘ll depend upon your prem. payment & the term of policy as well as pay out option chosen by you. No where the company is offering such high return guarantee.
