HRA and Tax Benefit on Multiple Properties ?

Hi,

What HRA and Tax Benefit I can avail for following situation,

1.  Living in Rented House in Pune

2. First House in Thane Rented to Brother – Paying Home Loan EMI of 15K

3. Second House in Mira Road – Under Construction, Paying Pre-EMIs of ~22K on Loan of 35L, Expected possession by Jan, 2015

I believe I can avail HRA but not sure how much Tax Benefit can be availed on Two Houses both not occupied by me. Can this situation be improved for maximum tax benefit (apart from getting the second house constructed before Jan\’15 :D)?
