How to withdraw my EPF Withdrawal, after company has closed ?

I was working in a company, in Bangalore, the company closed due to financial difficulty.  now i want to withdraw the PF contribution. Can any one suggest how to go ahead for withdrawal.

    Dear Achuthan, do you have your EPF account number and online access to your EPF account? In case you do have it, you may apply online for withdrawal of your PF amount.
